Week 3 Reflection

Last week was probably the best week of the year because we did a lot of things that I really enjoyed such as math, reading and robotics. In maths we learnt how to solve equations using backtracking, after the first lesson I was puzzled had no idea what to do but the next day when we came back down to learn it more I finally understood and it felt good to know something that I didn't know before. In reading my group did some comprehension sheets our first one was about a poem and our second one was about something real. In our questions for the first test I only got one wrong but I know where I went wrong. In the real life one I got two wrong with the first one I knew where I went wrong but on the second one I know what I did wrong as well and it was a stupid mistake. For robotics we got together in a pair again and built our tracks but this time with different wood and a different speed. My buddy was Emily we worked together on building up our speed so that it could go around the track at 50% speed without knocking anything over. That kind of failed as we were only able to get up to half way on our track when we stumbled into some difficulty but on the other hand I had a great time and can't wait to do it again next week when if we get the whole way round can start to build ramps I think that that will be fun.
