Week 6 Reflection

Last week we did a lot of things but my favourite thing was hard materials. On Tuesday I finally finished soldering my led to my letter and made sure they all go. My next step is to make my holder so my letter can sit on something. My holder is going to be circular on the edges. We also did some maths this time we started on fractions and how to convert them into decimals. At first I thought it was going to be really hard but when Mrs Crowe explained it I got it and found it a bit easier to work out. In reading we did a characterizing sheet where we had to pick a character from the story that we read and ride down all the different sides our character had. My pick was Miss Ralston. Once we had picked our character we then had to write a few of her sides and write evidence that explains how you know that she has that side to her.We also did some apostrophe work. This is where we had a worksheet to do and we had to add in the apostrophes in the correct places. For the work we had to get it all correct to not do it any more, but the people who got some wrong had to do another worksheet next time.On Wednesday we did Jump Jam and it was fun this time for the class who won the golden rock there was nobody because it was a draw with all the classes. If you don't know what the golden rock is it is a rock where whoever wins Jump Jam with the teachers vote gets the rock until next week when we do Jump Jam again.
